If you think you may have lost your CPB debit card or your CPB VISA card you need to contact one of the following two numbers AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: For a lost or stolen CPB DEBIT CARD: 1-800-528-2273. For a lost or stolen CPB VISA CARD: 1-866-604-0381. To get a new card re-issued and re-sent to you contact the CPB card services department at (985) 882-2269.
